Chris Agoston
A Toronto based Producer, Chris Agoston’s work has spanned across television series, digital series, and feature films.
Chris’ recent producing credits on the TV side include THE GREATEST, a Muhammad Ali biographical series for Amazon Studios launching in 2026 on Prime Video, as well as 3 seasons of CROSS, the adapted thriller series based of the Alex Cross James Patterson novels for Paramount Television Studios, Skydance, and Amazon. During his producing work and his years as a 1st AD, Chris has directed 2nd unit for seasons 1 and 2 of CROSS, PEOPLE OF EARTH (Warner Horizon/TBS), SEX/LIFE (Netflix), CLARICE (MGM/CBS), and GOOD SAM (CBS).
Chris has also produced multiple feature films spanning various budgets and genres, and his work has been nominated for multiple Canadian Screen Awards, travelled the international film circuit and received commercial releases abroad. Chris is an alumnus of the Cineplex Entertainment Film Producers Lab at the Canadian Film Centre, the Berlinale Talents, and the Studio Programme at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Across multiple formats and in job functions including Lead/Creative Producer, Line Producer, Director, and 1st AD, Chris has developed a keen sense of how to best support creative, a strong command of budget, a deft and calm hand in all things diplomacy, and both a thrill for and a mastery of solving the puzzle.

Heather Young
Heather Young is a Toronto-based Production Manager with extensive experience across film and television. She has worked on both series and feature productions, collaborating with producers, studio executives, and department heads to ensure efficient operations and successful execution throughout the production lifecycle. Her credits include major studios and platforms such as Netflix, MGM, Paramount, Amazon, CBS, eOne, and Skydance, reflecting a strong understanding of studio expectations, reporting structures, and delivery requirements.
Her expertise spans key areas of production management, including budgeting, legal and labour compliance, union relations, health and safety, vendor partnerships, and crewing. Heather has overseen projects from early prep through final delivery, ensuring contractual, financial, and archival obligations are met accurately and on schedule. She is known for her practical, solutions-oriented approach, strong leadership, and deep understanding of the Canadian production landscape.
Heather is committed to mentorship and expanding access within the industry. She has participated in training initiatives with organizations including POV Film Training Program, BIPOC TV & Film, Group Effort Initiative, #StartWith8HollywoodNorth, and Skillshare Women Toronto, focusing on creating opportunities for underrepresented talent. She has completed professional training through the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Entrepreneurship from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Outside of work, she is an avid world traveler who seeks out off-the-beaten-path experiences, driven by a curiosity about different cultures and a commitment to understanding our shared global humanity.

Head of Feature Film Production, Partner
Maddy Falle
Maddy Falle is a Toronto-based Producer and Line Producer who has line produced over ten feature films in the past five years, working across studio and independent productions. Her recent credits include BACK IN BLACK, starring Christopher Walken, currently in post-production; THE KING TIDE, which premiered in the Platform section at TIFF and screened in competition at the Busan International Film Festival; and THE OUTER THREAT, a sci-fi thriller starring Constance Wu, Mark O’Brien, and William Fichtner, also in post-production.
She is currently in production on the feature film BABY, in partnership with Luca Intili, Kindred Spirit, and RT Features, and in pre-production on Sean Byrne’s THE MANNEQUIN, alongside StudioCanal and AMC.
In addition to her production work, Maddy is deeply committed to developing character-driven film and television projects, with a particular focus on stories inspired by real women. She is actively collaborating with women whose lived experiences are being adapted for the screen across both feature and series formats.
Maddy has been nominated for two Canadian Screen Awards and is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s (formerly Ryerson University) Film program. She is also a founding partner of the film and television company PAGE 12 Pictures, alongside Chris Agoston, William Woods, and Heather Young.

Head of Distribution & Development, Partner
William Woods
William Woods is a Toronto based filmmaker with an extensive background in development, finance, business affairs and distribution. He has produced over 15 feature films including the thriller MEAN DREAMS, starring Bill Paxton, which premiered in the Directors Fortnight at Cannes; THE KID DETECTIVE starring Adam Brody and Sophie Nélisse, which sold to Sony for worldwide distribution; THE KING TIDE which premiered in the Platforms section of TIFF and in competition at BUSAN. Woods was also a co-writer on The King Tide as well as VIOLENCE and was the writer and director of THE OUTER THREAT a science fiction thriller starring Constance Wu, Mark O’Brien and William Fichtner.
Woods graduated from York University with his Masters in environmental ethics after completing his honours degree in philosophy. He is a graduate of the Canadian Film Center Producer’s Lab, The Rotterdam Producers Lab and the Trans Atlantic Partners co-production incubator. In 2023, he was nominated for the CMPA’s Indiescreen Established Producer of the year award.
Woods is the founder of GAME THEORY FILMS, a boutique distribution company which has released over 60 feature films since its inception in 2019. He is the founder and managing partner of LINE 200, a small equity fund that invests in feature films. And he is one of the founders of the Film and Television prodco, PAGE 12 PICTURES, alongside collaborators Chris Agoston, Heather Young and Maddy Falle.

Debbie Van Dusen
Debbie Van Dusen is a Toronto-based Financial Controller in the film and television production industry with more than three decades of experience. Throughout her career in Production Accounting, she has contributed to numerous feature films and television series produced across Canada, the United States, and internationally, collaborating with leading partners including CBS Studios, Netflix, Disney ABC Studios, 20th Century Studios, and Paramount Pictures.
Known for her steady leadership, Debbie brings a clear understanding of the financial and operational demands behind productions. She has built and led high-performing accounting teams across all phases of production, helping ensure projects run efficiently while meeting the rigorous financial standards required by major studios.
In recent years, Debbie has worked closely with CBS Studios, where she established and continues to manage a Post Production Accounting office while supporting and training first-time and junior Production Accountants. She has also been called upon to provide experienced financial oversight on projects requiring strong leadership to address operational challenges within the Accounting Department.
Committed to strengthening the industry, Debbie is also passionate about mentorship and professional development. She designed and led an internship program introducing university students to the specialized field of Production Accounting, to help cultivate Toronto’s next generation of production finance professionals.
Respected for her integrity, professionalism, and collaborative approach, Debbie is regarded as a trusted financial partner in the industry, supporting productions with the experience, insight, and steady leadership required to bring projects successfully to completion.

Luke Paul Martin
After graduating from the Arts University Bournemouth in the UK with a BA in Film Production, Luke Paul Martin began his career working in commercials. Spanning 7 years, he worked on over 100 commercials, digital content and short form documentary across New Zealand, Australia, Portugal and the UK, contributing to campaigns for global brands including Samsung, Nespresso, Cadbury, Honda, and Toyota.
In 2016, Luke transitioned into the film and television industry, where his extensive production knowledge led to roles within the production office on major studio features including KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE, JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM, and SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME.
Since relocating to Canada, Luke has assisted producers and directors on high-end television productions. Most notably with horror legend Sam Raimi on 50 STATES OF FRIGHT, Canadian filmmaker Jamie Travis on Showtime’s hit YELLOWJACKETS, Daniel Minahan and Uta Briesewitz on the limited series FELLOW TRAVELERS and Andy Muschietti on IT: WELCOME TO DERRY.

Daniel Goldenberg
Daniel Goldenberg is the principal of Goldenberg & Company PC based in Toronto, Canada where he has been an entertainment counsel for over twenty years. He represents independent producers, and major studios, in connection with the development, financing, production, and distribution of film and television projects. Daniel has particular expertise in Canadian incentives, tax credits, union negotiations and structuring complex co-productions. He currently has two associates, Holly Grosdanis and Olivia Nieuwland, working as part of his team, who bring expertise to the film and television space.
When not advising clients or pursuing his own career as a semi-amateur musician, Daniel is usually thinking about tennis (and how bad he is), or his two daughters, Hazel and Molly – and usually in that order.
